Privacy Policy
Cura is operated by Let's Chat Marketing Inc. ("Cura," "we," "us"). We build and run the AI front desk, website, and reviews system for independent dental practices. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
Who this covers
This policy applies to people who visit curadental.co, book a call, or contact us, and to the dental practices that subscribe to Cura. Patients of our customer practices are covered separately below under Patient data and HIPAA.
Information we collect
From website visitors and prospects, we collect only what you give us:
- Contact details you submit — name, email, phone, practice name — when you book a call or email us.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics about site usage (pages viewed, approximate region). We do not use this for cross-site ad targeting.
- Anything you tell us during a sales conversation or the live voice demo on our site.
From customer practices, we collect the operational information needed to run your front desk — practice hours, services, staff routing, and your practice management system details.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and provide the service you signed up for.
- To set up, operate, monitor, and improve your Cura system.
- To send service messages, your monthly report, and billing notices.
- To meet legal, tax, and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Service providers we rely on
We use a small set of vetted providers to deliver Cura — for example voice and telephony infrastructure, speech processing, hosting, payments, and email. Each only receives what it needs to do its job, and providers that touch protected health information do so under a signed Business Associate Agreement. Our current subprocessors and their roles are listed on our Trust & Security page.
Patient data and HIPAA
When Cura answers calls or texts for a customer practice, we may handle protected health information (PHI) on that practice's behalf. In that role Cura acts as a Business Associate to the practice (the Covered Entity) and operates under a signed BAA. Call audio and transcripts are encrypted, access is limited and logged, and the practice's patient data is used only to provide the service — never for advertising or model training outside of the practice's own account.
Data security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted to the people who need it, and interactions are logged so we can audit what happened. No system is perfectly secure, but security is designed in rather than bolted on. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify affected parties as required by law.
Data retention and your choices
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Customer practices own their data: if you leave Cura, your website, phone number, records, and call data leave with you.

Cookies and analytics
We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site performs. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. Your browser settings let you block cookies if you prefer.
Children's privacy
Cura is a business service for dental practices and is not directed to children. Where a practice's patient is a minor, that information is handled as PHI under the practice's direction and the BAA described above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above, and significant changes affecting customers will be communicated directly.
