Cura is marketing infrastructure for dental practices. We don't run paid ads. We'll recommend partners. We don't sell clinical software, payroll, or HR systems. That's not our lane. We don't do custom one-off campaigns outside the subscription. Those are billed separately by quote.

How fast can we launch?

Thirty days from contract signed to system live and answering calls. We move fast because our process is locked. You sign, give us a few hours of intake (PMS access, hours, services, voice name choice), and we build everything in parallel. Day 14 you see the website draft. Day 21 you hear voice samples. Day 30 we go live together.

What PMS do you support?

We integrate deeply with one PMS per practice. You tell us which one. Currently we support Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, NexHealth, Curve, and Yapi. If you use something else, ask us. We add new integrations when there is real customer demand.

Is Cura HIPAA-compliant?

Yes. Our voice infrastructure provider has a signed BAA with us. Call recordings are encrypted. Audit logs cover every interaction. We can share our compliance posture in detail before you sign.

Can we keep our existing phone number?

Yes. We provision a new number for Cura behind the scenes, then forward your existing published number to it. Patients dial the number on your truck, your business cards, your old website. Nothing changes for them. The call lands on Cura when you cannot pick up.

What if Cura messes up a call?

Every interaction is logged with the full audio and transcript. We review failures weekly with you in the first 30 days, then monthly after. If something is broken, we fix it the same day. If a specific scenario keeps failing, we add it to your custom script.

What's NOT included?

Paid ad spend (we recommend partners), clinical or payroll or HR software, and one-off custom campaigns outside the system. We are a focused product, not an agency. The boundary is intentional.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Standard pricing is month-to-month or annual at your choice. Annual prepay includes two months free and is non-refundable but transferable to another practice you own. Founding cohort is annual prepay only ($2,490 up front), with the grandfathered $249/month rate for the life of the engagement.
